The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are actively conducting ground operations in various areas of the Gaza Strip, engaging in intense battles with Hamas elements. Coordinated efforts between ground troops, the Israeli Air Force (IAF), and the Navy are underway to neutralize threats.

In the district of Shejaiya, ground forces detected and engaged a terrorist cell operating near them, including an individual armed with an RPG. The IDF promptly directed an aircraft to eliminate the threat.

In Gaza City, ongoing operations, in collaboration with aerial support, led to the elimination of dozens of Hamas members. The IAF conducted targeted strikes against over 15 armed Hamas members within a three-hour span. Additionally, ground forces in Beit Lahia dismantled two Hamas military compounds, discovering a cache of weapons, explosive devices, firearms, military equipment, and communication devices.

Further, two hostile observation operatives were identified near remaining troops in the area, prompting IDF tank strikes that successfully eliminated the threat.
