Reckless Driving Turns Dangerous

Info from Licensor: "I was driving and noticed a Honda Civic approaching at a fast rate. He came up on the Model 3 and decided he was going too slow for him. So he got behind me to drive around the Model 3. That's when the Model 3 Driver decided to not let him pass and sped up. The Civic driver was reckless and still decided to cut through to pass him, and this resulted in them colliding with each other. The Model 3 lost control from the impact and spun out, sliding across the grass median and almost getting hit by oncoming traffic. Luckily, the other cars were able to avoid him. The Civic kept driving off and did not stop."
