A family of wild boars held up traffic while they crossed the road with their babies in Thailand.

Footage shows the group being led by the adults in front and at the tail of the line, with more than a dozen youngest ones scurrying between them in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand, on December 31.

While the others were making their way to the other side of the mountain road, their leader returned to ensure no one wandered off and hurried them to the edge until all the offspring were safe.

Meanwhile, drivers stayed 50ft away from the travelling boars and waited until they were gone before proceeding through the path.
