A tragic incident unfolded in London on Monday morning, January 9th, outside Victoria Station. A double-decker bus, identified as number 33, collided with a bus shuttle near the station's entrance, leaving a female pedestrian severely injured. The impact shattered glass across the scene, and despite the swift arrival of paramedics, the victim succumbed to her injuries at 9:26 am. While details regarding the cause of the collision remain under investigation, reports suggest the bus may have veered off a low-speed road before crashing.

In the aftermath, the area was cordoned off, with the damaged bus and shuttle removed from the scene. The bus driver received medical attention at the hospital, as did a third individual involved in the incident. Meanwhile, authorities from the Metropolitan Police and British Transport Police continue their investigation, piecing together the events that led to this heartbreaking loss.
