Mesmerising footage as bubble slowly freezes in sub-zero temperatures
Mesmerising footage shows a bubble gradually freeze in sub-zero temperatures in Berthoud, Colorado.
The filmer said: "We took full advantage of a school snow day and the kids and I did a few winter weather experiments, including making frozen soap bubbles. The early morning sunshine, calm air and negative temperatures were perfect for this activity. It was around -2° and the video is NOT Time-lapse or slow motion.
"We made a snow mound next to our back door and used a tripod to hold my phone in front of the snow. We googled how to make soap bubble solution and put it in a large cup and used a big straw to blow large bubbles. The kids stayed warm inside and watch the magic from the glass door."
