Footage of the snow storm that hit the Mid-Atlantic United States on Presidents' Day.
The video, filmed yesterday in Frederick, Maryland, shows the snow piled up on top of cars, while the roads look slippery and dangerous.
The filmer later wrote online: "Video of the winter storm that affected the Mid-Atlantic United States on Presidents' Day, February 15, 2016.
"Snow changed to sleet which then changed to freezing rain during the overnight hours."
"Observations include about four inches of snow and sleet and about a tenth to two tenths of an inch of ice in Frederick, Maryland," he continued.
