Woodland Hills Water Main Break and Road Closure in Los Angeles, CA, USA
This footage was filmed and produced 11 January 2024.
A water main break occurred near the intersection of Oxnard and Topanga Canyon. The exact address was reported as 22000 Oxnard St. LAFD responded and confirmed a large water main break which had ruptured and spilled rocks and debris onto Oxnard. DWP was requested along with DOT to close Oxnard just west of Topanga Canyon. LAPD was at scene assisting with the road closure, but DOT had not arrived at the time of this report. DWP was at scene working to shut off the water flow. Unknown how many customers will be affected and for how long the closure will remain.
