I watched Celebrity Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli as he cooks up some delicious foods. And it was a wet rainy day when i filmed this but we all had a great day out. A very nice kind chef how helps people out. I got a copy of his new cook book simply Novelli which features all kinds of classic french foods to cook at home. This is a nice dish and clever how its made from sugar. Also he was kind to sign my book for me and the food fair was brilliant exciting day out. Each year we have a Celebrity chef who shows there cookery skills to the public so they can learn how to make each dish. Also he runs a cooking academy school to teach people how to cook different things like dinners and cakes. They have a cake competition and that year a lady won who got to cook with him live in front of the audience.
Looking forward to the next food fair as its a fabulous exiting experience to take part in food and cooking.
