Abandoned building partially collapses as pedestrians walk past in north Russia
On May 11 a dramatic incident occurred in Pechora, Russia, when a residential building partially collapsed, an event that was captured on video.
The footage reveals the moment a wall of the structure crumbled, sending concrete debris tumbling to the ground. Fortunately, a passerby seen in the video was far enough from the collapse to avoid harm.
Local residents have previously raised concerns about the building's deteriorating condition, which was reportedly uninhabited at the time of the collapse.
