Footage has emerged from China of a man with an unusual medical condition that means one of his feet is 43cm long, while the other one is normal size.

The video, captured in Dazhou, Sichuan Province last Thursday, shows the man, named Liu Huichang, walking into hospital with his unusually large right foot.

According to local reports, he has to buy specially-made trousers and shoes as a result. When he was younger, his grandmother used to make him a larger right shoe.

After three operations, he now has a relatively normal sized foot, but he'll still need more surgery to help him get rid of the limp.

However, his family reportedly currently doesn't have the money to afford the next operations.
