离奇的交通事故：“肇事方”还在 “受害人”跑了
20日中午，市民李先生开车上南山。在弯曲的山路上，他的爱车和相向行驶的自行车发生了剐蹭。让人匪夷所思的是，没有交谈上几句，骑车男子拔腿就跑。这又是怎么一回事呢？
这是李先生的车载监控无意间拍摄到的画面。屏幕左侧的是车主李先生，右侧的蓝发青年，则是本次交通事故中的骑车男子。这个时候，当事双方正在协商交通事故的处理办法，就在李先生拿出手机准备摄像取证时，蓝发男子一个箭步射出，转眼间消失得无影无踪。李先生回忆，这起交通事故，发生在南岸区四公里前往南山的广黔路上。事故发生时，自己正在借道超车。
车辆碰撞后摔倒的，正是蓝发的年轻人。他向李先生提出了索赔。
感觉有些蹊跷的李先生坚持要报警，就在他用手机拍照取证时，蓝发男子顾不上现场的自行车拔腿跑掉了。
