China's economic was confirmed to bounce back from the coronavirus crisis with 2.3% GDP growth.

The National Bureau of Statistics of China announced economic data for 2020 and the total GDP grew by 2.3%.

According to Xinhuanet, the total GDP in 2020 exceeded 100 trillion yuan for the first time, which was about 40 times more than that in 1978.

China's exports increased during the pandemic as the manufacturers stepped up production to supply goods to many countries.

File footage filmed in end of March and early April, 2020, shows vehicles queuing up on a highway to enter Wuhan, and passengers queuing to board the first trains leaving Wuhan after the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted.
