Chinese Store Unveils Gold Pathway
STORYLINE
A department store in the Chinese city of Changchun has unveiled a nine-metre pathway embedded with solid gold bars.
The 188 gold bars are covered with large pieces of reinforced glass, so that shoppers can walk the unusual pathway right up to the store entrance.
The gold bars weigh a total of 169 kilos.
