An interesting video has emerged of an iridium flare in the sky above Ballyshannon, Donegal, Ireland.

The footage, shot on Monday morning, captures the reflection of light coming from a satellite.

"These Satellite flare, also known as satellite glint, is the phenomenon caused by the reflective surfaces on satellites reflecting sunlight directly onto the Earth below and appearing as a brief, bright 'flare'," the filmer wrote online.

There aim is to send new Satellites up to improve technology, get better images of earth and outer space along with forecasting better during hurricanes and weather event around the world.The old satellites are been took out of order and with the newer one circling earth it is said that the will not flare nowhere near as good as the old satellites.
