Amazing footage from the of glass-like shards of ice crashing on the shore of a lake.

The video, filmed by Lake Lyndell in Pennsylvania in February 2017, shows the ice shards emitting a jingling sound as they stack over each other.

''Standing on the side of the crystal clear lake I witnessed the roar of ice crushing and sliding across the beach," the filmer later wrote online.

''This ice shove was the most beautiful and extraordinary act of nature I have ever seen and I am more than happy to share the experience,'' he added.

Marsh Creek State Park, in Downing town Pennsylvania was frozen over on February 18th, but due to the heat experienced on the weekend from 17th-19th I was able to capture the ice being pushed on to land.
