Amusing footage proving that even young huskies are far too intelligent to be penned in by a pet gate. In fact, they're absolute escape artists.

The video, filmed in Iowa, USA in January, initially shows two-year-old Gracie leaping over the gate.

Then, a second clip shows three-year-old Crimson opening the lock with his teeth, apparently after watching his owner do the same thing.

"Gracie can jump any fence/gate that I have tried to use," the filmer wrote online.

"Crimson just recently learned how to open the gate by watching me."

These are Siberian huskies. The first dog that jumps the fence is Gracie she is 2 years old. The one that opens the gate and comes in yelling is Crimson he is 3 years old and the father of the other two dogs. Kona is the other brown one that follows Crimson in she is 2 years old and the sister of Gracie. Gracie can jump any fence/gate that I have tried to use. Crimson just recently learned how to open the gate by watching me. This video shows huskies are indeed escape artists!
