Ever wondered what it's like to ride the Severn Bore?
Richard Ford decided to capture the entire experience on Sunday using two cameras - one on his head and one on the front of his surf board.
The remarkable footage shows Richard and other surfers catching the wave and riding it for hundreds of metres.
The video captures the sheer speed of the wave and also the overcrowding with surfers bumping into each other and at times wiping out.
