CRAZY WINDS!!!!!!! Cyclone Cook Vanuatu
Winds and rain got really extreme in Port Villa as cyclone Cook sideswiped the island. The winds got especially bad here in burka because it's was the closest area on Efate to the cyclone and our power and Internet were down for a day. Many branches were blown down in the storm but only a small amount of trees fell completely down. No buildings to my knowledge sustained extensive damage. Though one of my friends village was flooded and for the time being the entire village has had to stay with friends and family in different areas.
