This was actually filmed on our 12 year anniversary. We ere on our way to Harris Teeter to get something to cookout etc. I was driving because my husband wasn't feeling his best. As you can see in the video I am driving along doing right at or under the speed limit the majority of the time. I get over when I had a clearing, That is when you see the car pull out, but hesitates in doing so, and goes like 2 MPH. I am driving an 8000 pound Excursion and barely stopped in time from ramming the back of him. As he speeds up very slowly, I wait until it's clear to get over because I wasn't about to stay behind him after that, and as I get over he comes over right on top of me causing me to do a PIT maneuver on him. He was obviously found fully at fault, and the cops were actually pretty excited that I had a dash cam!
