Travelling with my nine year old son to see family on Easter long weekend, I could see ahead on the highway a cloud of debris flying into the air. I knew something had happened but wasn't sure exactly what until I saw the red nissan Rogue hit the ditch and the truck and trailer swerve in front of me. I checked the oncoming lane and noted it was free and all of a sudden a dodge caravan with the airbags deployed comes careening at me! I swerved hard and rested on the shoulder of the oncoming lane. The dodge caravan had initially left their lane, side swiped a minivan ahead of me (which caused the debris to fly into the air), her airbags deployed and she came at us blindly in our lane without slowing down! The red Nissan Rogue narrowly missed a head on collision as did the truck and trailer and if I hadn't been paying attention I could have hit her as well. She stopped 100m down the road, got out and smelled like alcohol. The cops came and arrested her. No further update at this time.
