Heavy traffic on highway causes a mess
Laredo, Texas. The heavy traffic on I-35 is probably caused by long lines at the border to cross into Mexico. Several drivers were exiting the highway via the onramp and also by crossing the grassy areas. I was not headed towards Mexico and I could not take the exit I had planned because it was blocked, but I was able to exit swiftly and head to my destination which was nearby.
