Quadcopter drone near Tamar bridge which now becoming a problem and a danger issues
TAMAR Bridge operators say they are powerless to stop drones from flying over busy traffic - despite two close encounters in as many weeks. Staff reported seeing a low-flying drone near the bridge, which connects Plymouth to Cornwall, on March 31 and again, less than a week later, on April 5. this video footage was within the law and at a safe distance over water The law surrounding drone usage states they must not be flown within 150 metres of a congested area and within 50 metres of a person, vehicle or structure not under their control. this footage was over 2 years ago and at a safe distance
