An inspiring video has emerged of a woman born with cerebral palsy walking onto the stage during her graduation ceremony to receive her diploma.

The footage, shot at King William High School in Virginia, USA on June 10, shows Chloe being helped from her wheel chair to a walking frame as her schoolmates cheer her.

"She has been in a wheel chair her entire life but that doesn't stop her from an active lifestyle," the filmer wrote.

"She volunteers her time at various camps, community events and her goal on graduation day was to walk across the stage to receive her diploma."

Chloe is (or was since she just graduated) a student at King William High School born with cerebral palsy.
