A video has emerged of a postman appearing to throw a package into a building block instead of delivering it to the door.

The footage, shot in West Hollywood, USA on June 10, shows the delivery man throwing the package before he even reached the top of the stairs.

"This package contained an antique beveled mirror from the early 1900's," the filmer wrote.

"We live on the top floor and he is throwing the package from 14 steps from our apartment, about 15-20 feet from the door."

" He has been doing this for the entire year we have lived at this apartment," he added.

This is the video of our regular USPS carrier throwing one of our packages. This package contained an antique beveled mirror from the early 1900's. Most of our packaged are vintage and antiques bought from Ebay. We live on the top floor and he is throwing the package from 14 steps from our apartment, about 15-20 feet from the door. He has been doing this for the entire year we have lived at this apartment. It has been an ongoing battle that has gone nowhere. Earlier this week, he shoved two antique cast iron frames into our tiny metal mailbox. The frames being cast iron and not fitting into the mailbox, in turn, broke the mailbox door off its hinges.
