Cut up at the major round about in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, England
Whilst heading out of Kings Lynn in a district known as "Hardwick" we encountered this unobservant driver changing lanes sans indication. Then proceed to give me hard stares via his rear view mirror. I think my reaction was a fair one.
