Powerful storm pounds Massachusetts shore with high waves
Footage from March 3 shows an unprecedented amount of flooding along the town line of Lynn and Swampscott, Massachusetts, after a powerful nor’easter struck the East Coast.
“The railings along this section of the walkway on Lynn Shore Drive were damaged due to the storm surge and the crashing waves,” the filmer of the video told Newsflare in an email.
“The death toll from the storm increased by three, with authorities saying at least eight people had lost their lives,” The Associated Press reported.
