On June 9th around 5pm we were headed north on 75 after leaving a job heading home when we noticed a semi swerve off the road twice with little reaction once I noticed this I told the drive to back off before this guy's hits us or someone and pulled out my phone as soon as I hit record he ran right into the meadian gard rail rupturing the fuEl tank and instantly exploding. I jumped out of the vehicle hope by some chance I could find the guy if he was still alive but the side I was on was covered in flames and the driver then got out the vehical some how and walked towards the south bound lanes on fire when amother motorist stopped and helped get him to safety..
The vehical had multiple explosions after hitting the rail.
