Accident at Riggs Road and AZ State 347
This was the second half of an accident already in progress on Riggs Road and Arizona State route 347 on the afternoon of July 15th, 2017, at around 12:50 pm. The first four vehicles on Riggs Road had already been hit, possibly by the white F-150 that is in this video, then the white F-150 comes out of the desert and across the 347, and into on coming traffic stopped at the red light.
