My flight was delayed for three hours. After waiting for that time in the airplane, we had to land in a different town, that wasn´t expecting us. We had to wait for four hours in the airport terminal, no water, only two bathrooms. We were hundreds of people stuck in the middle of a closed terminal. We couldn´t go anywhere because there was no one working in that airport, we couldn´t even get our luggage because no one could get it out of the plane into the terminal.

This video shows the wait, people had put up inflatable beds and were sleeping on the floors. Everyone was looking for sockets to charge their phoned to let their loved ones what was happening. People with small kids where desperate without water! It was a flight from hell!
