Older Brother and 9-year-old sister talk about their bond because of music.

The first summer my baby sister was home, I took care of her during my college break instead of work so my parents wouldn't need to find a baby sitter. When ever she would begin to cry or become agitated when I was taking care of her, I would put on music videos to calm her down. She would dance in her bouncer and smile at me, but that was just the beginning of us dancing together. At house parties I would always dance in dance circles doing hip-hop, salsa, merengue, really anything, and my sister would always watch and move. By two-years old, my sister Amanda was part of the party, leading the cha-cha slide, and jumping in the middle of dance battles between the older cousins to show off her moves. She loved dancing and made me, her big brother, fall in love with how happy she was to dance. It was finally at 9 years-old that my organization, The Truth Urban Theater Group, got to witness her talents after our show Viva Africa when she dance to Beyonce - Shinning. They approached us about creating a routine together and talking about what dancing means to us and this is what my 9-year-old sister.
