we went to a holiday resort in majorca called hotel playa blanca, it was a family holiday the hotel was in a very poor state, we booked with on the beach and it stated that it was a 3* but when we arrived it was only a 2* as you can see from the video the room was bad, I complained to the hotel and they wouldn't do anything, we hadn't got the funds to pay for another hotel, we tried to contact on the beach but as it was the same time as the monarch air line going bust we couldnt get through. the hotel was a health hazard, full of cockroaches, doors falling off and the balcony was not safe at all, i asked several times for my bed to be cleaned they took off my sheet and put a sheet on that was covered in makeup and stank of perfume, i complained to on the beach who contact hotel beds and they said that this video adhered to their protocol... really ??? they gave me £152.00 for inconvenience which was a joke. the hotel was dutch run and they had no time for the english. being all inclusive the food was vile and unsafe, I also have pictures as they wouldnt let me video in the dining area, the toaster was broken they supplied 2 microwaves to warm food up as it was put out but not kept warm, they served paella on the lunch time and what wasnt eaten was again served in the evening. when ordering drinking the bar man would have to keep knocking the cockroaches off the bar. the place needs shutting down. On the beach advertised that the hotel had entertainment / annimation there was none, my 12 year old was really bored. horrible place and to be honest on the beach was no help they gave me 100 pound to not continue with my complaint then they stopped contacting me.
