Man makes edible sugar art
A man made a tiny edible cow from sugar, using an ancient blowing technique in China.
In the clip, captured in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in central China's Hubei Province on March 31, the sugar art inheritor named Tan Jie blows a ball of melted sugar and uses his hand to twist and pull it into the cow shape.
Then, he draws the eyes on the sculpture and writes the Chinese character Niu which means cow on both sides of its body.
