A granddaughter named Mia, 15, got a tattoo to honor her love for her grandmother who is losing her vision. The grandmother’s reaction to seeing the tattoo will warm your heart.
In the video, the granddaughter is visiting her grandmother’s home in Las Vegas on April 24, 2018.
The granddaughter tells her grandmother, “I got something that’s for you.”
The granddaughter then holds out to her arm to show her grandmother a tattoo of the grandmother’s signature and her favorite flower.
The grandmother immediately hugs her granddaughter after seeing the tattoo as the granddaughter cries.
“Our daughter wanted to do something special for her grandma,” the granddaughter's father posted on Facebook. “So we decided when she turned 18, she could get a tattoo honoring her love for her grandma.”
“Recently grandma's vision is getting worse and our daughter feared that by the time she was old enough, grandma wouldn't be able to see her tribute,” the father added. “So today she did this.”
