Stomach churning footage shows a patient having hundreds of black heads squeed from his face - after years of not washing properly.

The middle-aged man checked into the clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, last month complaining that his skin was riddled with the pimples.

He admitted to rarely washing his face and surviving on a diet of fried food for most of his life - as well as getting little rest.

A dermatologist spent 30 minutes using pliers to yank out the stubborn blackheads that were covering his face - collecting hundreds of them on a tray.

But they said that the man needs to improve his hygiene and diet as well as follow-up treatments if he wants to improve his complexion.

The AM Fine Clinic spokesman said: ''The acne was clogged in the pores and it was making the face swollen, red and sore.

''The man's face had been this way for many years and he was in urgent need of treatment to clear his face of the problem.''
