A prankster 'painted' double yellow lines OVER a car after a motorist refused to move it. Hannah Leach stuck the lines over the top of a friend's vehicle - fooling other drivers into thinking it had been painted by road workers. Fresh double yellow lines were being painted along the road in Plymouth, Devon, but one car had remained in situ. Two thick lines then appeared to be painted across the bumper and windscreen of a green Peugeot. But the motorist failed to see the funny side of the joke and demanded it be removed.
