A woman who was anorexic in her teens and morbidly obese in her twenties is 'healthy and happy' after losing 125lbs - and becoming a BODYBUILDER.

Caitlin Leach was bullied for being “chubby” as a child so began restricting her food intake at high school and would make herself sick after meals.

Her weight plummeted to 100lbs (7.1stone) and in 2006, when she was 20, a doctor warned that if she didn't gain weight she may not be able to have children.

The frightening news pushed Caitlin, of Baltimore, Maryland, USA, to gain 40lbs, resulting in her being in a “really good place in life” for the next seven years.
