Denbigh lunatic asylum was a great discovery for myself and Natalie after not much anticipation from Natalie we did a brief fly over to survey the site, first thoughts what a beautiful place the buildings are themselves unique. After the flyover we decided to continue on foot to the main site, the sheer size of the site cannot be appreciated from the air its huge! As we progressed deeper into the hospital grounds it was becoming more and more chilling, the buildings are truly magnificent but over the years they have been looted and vandalised to a devastating point of disrepair,we also dug into the history of the hospital to find it is one of the most haunted places in the UK, digging further reads a grim story of how patients were treated according to some people unthinkable experiments went on.
