A policewoman in Odessa, a Black Sea city in Ukraine, was involved in a car accident, for which she was responsible according to the filmer, who called her "drunk".

In the video, she is in the doctor's office being breathalysed after the accident, with the journalist not-so subtly filming her. Suddenly, she notices.

"And what, how do you want it," she demands, walking over to him and lifting her skirt. "What?"

No one was injured in the accident, according to the filmer. "She wanted to evade responsibility," he said, which was why he decided to turn up to the breathalysing procedure, so that there would be proof of the incident.

Her blood alcohol level was allegedly around .22, the breathalyser allegedly showed.
