Footage captured by a dermatologist in Vung Tau city, Vietnam, shows a the moment the female patient's spot is cut open.

The texture of the pus is solid – indicating that the spot had been active for a long time, the dermatologist said.

The patient complained of pain in the region but said she could not see the acne.
