This shocking video shows the moment a thug breaks a traffic warden's leg in an argument over a £35 parking ticket. Shamal Karim Asaad, 30, went ballistic when the warden gave him a penalty charge notice (PCN) for parking illegally in a permit area last September. In the video captured on the warden's bodycam, Asaad screams at the man "(that's) two tickets in one day" and begins to aggressively push him. Despite the warden pleading with Asaad to "back off" he then pounces on the man causing him to fall and break his leg. He then proceeded to try and steal the man's bodycam before bystanders came to the warden's aid. Asaad, of Peterborough, Cambs, denied assault but was jailed for 18 months after being found guilty of actual bodily harm at Peterborough crown court on Wednesday.
