‘French Spiderman’ seen climbing City of London tower
Alain Robert, known as the “French Spiderman”, was spotted climbing a skyscraper in London’s financial district without any harnesses this afternoon (October 25).
The daredevil was spotted performing his dangerous ascent to the top of Heron Tower near London’s Liverpool Street station.
Onlookers stopped to film and office workers gasped as he slowly made his way up the 755 ft (230m)-tall tower block.
Police shut down roads in the City due to the unauthorised climb.
