This dachshund is able to sit on its hind legs balanced upright like a miniature human.

The dog - named Scrappy from Orlando, Florida - has been sitting like this since he was a puppy. He is able to do this for long periods of time, as seen in this clip captured yesterday (December 19).

According to his owner, he is able to sit straight like this for up to 25 minutes at a time.

His owner told Newsflare: "With his long face and cute eyes, the stare he gives off can be quite humorous, with multiple people comparing him to (Harry Potter's) Dobby the Elf."
