Writes the filmer: ''The conditions weren’t great but the roads were not icy so that to me is more of an issue than visibility.''

''There also were not many cars on the road, however, with the extreme cold I did come across a few vehicles that had just quit working because of the extreme cold but I checked and no one was in then at the time.
