Yee Sang Tossing Ceremony During Chinese New Year
Yusheng, yee sang or yuu sahng, or Prosperity Toss, also known as lo hei is a Cantonese-style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients.
The Yee Sang Ceremony held at one of the primary schools in Tangga Batu Melaka Malaysia at 2pm evening. All the teachers and staffs from the school together celebrated Chinese New Year and Yee Sang together.
