Hilarious footage has recently emerged online of a crowd going wild after an elderly gamer scores a strike at an Esports event in central France in April 2017.

The footage captured at the Poitiers Gamers Assembly shows a group of senior gamers playing a tournament of Wii Sports bowling.

One player shoots their shot and the crowd left hanging with suspense as the ball nears the pins on the jumbo screens.

After a tense moment, all the pins are taken down in a strike and the crowd reacts with ferocious enthusiasm.
