Smart Motorway is not so smart! M25 Stranded vehicle, lane closed. BMW driver ignores it until he reaches the cones and stranded vehicle.
M25 Smart Motorway, no hard shoulder, vehicle stranded ahead, the left lane is closing, most cars eventually obey the red cross, apart from one BMW driver who continues until the cones. Lucky the Highways agency got there earlier and put cones out! Not safe and not smart on the smart motorway.
