A car was left destroyed after falling bricks and tiles caused by Storm Ciara landed on the vehicle and surrounding street below in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, in England's East Midlands.

Video also shows a tree felled by heavy winds and an entire road being blocked. The tree feel just short of a parked vehicle, which sustained minor damage.

Further video shows an uprooted tree, which landed on a bus shelter. The Castle Donington bus station remained closed all day.

The scenes were captured on Sunday (February 9).

A tree was felled by heavy winds during storm Ciara resulted in a whole road being blocked. The tree feel just short of a parked vehicle which sustained very minor damage.

A local bus service was forced to miss a stop after storm Ciara caused a large tree to fall and land on the bus shelter. The Castle Donington bus station remained closed all day.

A road sign was left precariously perched after storm Ciara battered England on 09th Feb 2020. The sign remained damaged and in position the following day.
