十堰丹江口市好邻居超市门前
2月9日上午11时许，丹江口市公安局均州路派出所接110指令，丹赵路好邻居超市工作人员报警称，刚对一个要进超市的年轻男子测量体温，但该男子看到自己体温高达38.3℃，转身就跑了。
接警后，均州路派出所值班民警及时汇报处置，分三路警力开展查控工作。处警组到超市调取监控录像锁定人员体貌特征进行梳理研判，巡逻组在超市周边沿男子离开方向展开密集路面巡查，排查组根据男子轨迹对大沟路农贸市场周围居民区展开人员信息摸排。
在办事处、社区的大力支持下，通过视频监控轨迹研判、线上线下联动协作、加班加点克难攻坚，于当天下午1时许将均州办事处大沟路居民杨某（男，35岁）查获。
面对警察，杨某对自己违反政府在紧急状态下颁发的决定和命令，私自翻越小区隔离栏外出的违法行为供认不讳。经卫生部门检查，杨某体温正常，无明显新冠肺炎病毒感染症状。
根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十条第一款之规定，丹江口市公安局均州派出所依法对杨某日做出警告处罚。
