Vietnamese man completes the incredibly dangerous task of chopping down a coconut tree while climbing down it.

Hoang, from Soc Tang, takes chunks out of the tree as he scales down it.

Due to the size of the tree, Hoang had to chop it into smaller pieces to prevent the tree from falling onto a nearby house.

This footage was filmed on February 20.

Video captured the moment of the man was sawing the coconut tree in small chunks while on high in Soc Trang, Viet Nam.

The man's name is Hoang. He comes from Soc Trang, Viet Nam. He is a professional sawmill man.

In the video, the man was sawing a coconut tree close to a house.

Because of the size and height of coconut trees were too large, the man had to cut the coconut tree into small pieces to prevent the coconut tree from falling towards the house instead of sawing at the root as usual.

The man had to start from the treetop and climb back up with a chainsaw in his hand. He skillfully cut the coconut tree into pieces and pushed it to the ground safely.

The man said he had been working as a tree sawer for many years but having to cut coconut palms requires concentration and experience.

Only a small mistake would cost him dearly. the man used no protective gear other than a coconut tree climbing tool
