The name of the baker is "Hai Yen", She comes from Phu Tho, Vietnam.
She started self-learning to make 3D gelatin cake in 2017. And now she has become a professional baker.
In the video, she created the 3D blue daisies flowers from milk coconut milk and cream. She used syringes with needles attached to pump milk, coconut milk, and cream into the cake.
This is a job that requires great care and concentrates. Only a small mistake of gelatin cake can be broken.
